While Bachelor in Paradise‘s fourth season has been all but officially canceled, the Bachelor spin-off series’ prior season has accomplished what so many of its Bachelor Nation predecessors haven’t before: a real-life wedding.

Bachelor in Paradise stars Carly Waddell and Evan Bass, who met on the set of Season 3 and became engaged on the show, have officially tied the knot.

People confirms that the pair married in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico this weekend, with show host Chris Harrison officiating the ceremony, and fellow Bachelor in Paradise newlyweds Jade Roper and Tanner Tolbert in attendance.

Bass, who proposed to Waddell on camera after their televised whirlwind romance, has been a vocal advocate for the future of Bachelor in Paradise, following the complications that have doomed its fourth season. In an op-ed for The Hollywood Reporter, he pleaded for ABC to continue the series past this point of controversy, “When the news about Paradise production broke the internet, it also broke my heart. While to some it’s a silly TV show, for me, it was an experience that changed my life in unimaginable ways. I am troubled thinking about the allegations happening on my favorite beach, and I’m sad that some couples will not have the opportunity to find love in a powerful and unique way.”

“I do not want to downplay the seriousness of this very difficult situation,” he continued. “My heart goes out to Corinne and everyone negatively affected by this. I pray for peace and healing to begin and personal growth for all. And Paradise must come back, if not this season, then next season. I want to watch love form and grow on ABC Mondays and Tuesdays. I want to watch the next steady Jade and Tanner and also the next roller-coaster relationship like I had. Love always wins, and I trust in Paradise.”

Teresa Giudice Responds to Siggy Flicker Calling Her an Animal

Teresa Giudice is taking to her blog to share her thoughts on this week’s episode of RHONJ. Teresa writes that she doesn’t appreciate Siggy Flicker calling her and Melissa animals after they threw the cake. Tre also talks about the ceremony for her mother and says she wishes Siggy and Dolores would have been there.

“This episode started out with the aftermath of “Cake-Gate.” I really wasn’t happy watching as Siggy called Melissa and I “animals.” Just like Siggy thought us throwing the cake was in poor taste, I thought what she said about us was also in poor taste. The next morning when we woke up (a little hungover, I might add), we went to the beach where I did yoga with Melissa, Danielle, and Margaret. At that time, I had no idea where Siggy and Dolores were. After doing yoga, Margaret arranged a beautiful ceremony as a tribute to my mother and everyone else who had lost a loved one. Melissa paid tribute to her father, Danielle paid tribute to her mother, and Margaret paid tribute to her grandmother.

Looking back, I wish Siggy and Dolores had been there. I still don’t know if Margaret invited them and they declined or if they were excluded altogether. If they were excluded, I think that was wrong, regardless of how I felt about the night before. The tension between Margaret and Siggy is definitely building, and it’s only the second episode. I love Siggy, and I’m just getting to know Margaret, so this is a situation that is difficult for me. You will have to stay tuned to see how it plays out.”

Siggy Flicker Slams RHONJ Co-Star Margaret Josephs

RHONJ star Siggy Flicker isn’t impressed with new co-star Margaret Josephs.

“I can’t stand Margaret. She’s not a friend. I don’t have history with her. She doesn’t really care, she thinks she’s God’s gift,” Siggy said of newest Housewife.

In tonight’s episode, we see the battle over #cakegate. Margaret called Siggy, “Soggy Flicker,” for crying about the cake.

This upset Siggy as she said, “You’re calling me Soggy Flicker? Go f**k yourself! This girl is taking shots at me. They thought let’s attack the girl that has heart because she won’t fight back.”

“Whether or not you think throwing a cake is appropriate – it could have been resolved if they had acknowledged my feelings,” Siggy told RadarOnline. “They discounted me and mocked me. The new girl who I brought in said ‘Siggy cries all the time. She’s Soggy Flicker.’ She’s trying to make her own space by stepping on my face.”

Siggy then continued to defend herself from Margaret’s actions saying, “When the new girl came on the show I introduced her, I rolled out the red carpet. She’s like Lily Pulitzer on crack. She references elephant d**k and talks about putting pot on her p**s and marinating herself for her husband. And when cake is thrown across the floor she tells me to take it down a notch? Where’s the respect?”

Siggy added, “I’m all about empowering people. When somebody is punching you in the face you can’t lie down and give in. You’ve gotta start punching back. I want her to fall to her knees so I can empower her to be a better person. I’ve never met a woman like her in my life. She’s just doing this to be famous.”

What are your thoughts about Margaret and what Siggy had to say?

Kelly Dodd: Vicki Gunvalson Screwed Up With Tamra Judge

Kelly Dodd: Vicki Gunvalson Screwed Up With Tamra Judge

Kelly Dodd says her good friend Vicki Gunvalson screwed up when it came to her meeting with Tamra Judge. In her blog, Kelly writes that Tamra left the meeting with Vicki with her dignity in tact and Vicki let her anger get the best of her.

“Yay! Vicki and Tamra finally got together to have “the talk” to try to rekindle their friendship!

Damn, what the hell just happened? Vicki screwed up, that’s what happened. Apparently, the colonic didn’t remove all the toxins, because when Vicki sat down with Tamra, she had a bad case of diarrhea of the mouth. It pains me to say this, as Vicki is my very dear friend, but I cannot understand how she screwed up so badly with Tamra. For some reason, despite her best intentions, Vicki let her anger over past transgressions cloud her judgment. You know Vicki blew it when Tamra comes across as the calm, rational person who righteously walks away with her dignity intact. Vicki is left trying to rationalize the debacle and somehow try to save face. In this round of Vicki and Tamra’s ongoing feud, Tamra delivered a TKO.”

Kelly also thanked fans for reaching out amidst the announcement of her divorce from Michael.

“It’s a difficult, emotional time right now for my family. We appreciate everyone who has reached out to express support and best wishes to us. I enjoy having my dad around, but watching my mom and dad argue brings back a lot of painful memories. I love them both, and I just wish they could be friends, forgive and forget, and try harder to get along. I wish the same for Tamra and Vicki’s relationship.”

Kelly talks about Peggy and Diko’s anniversary party and the drama that surrounded who she sat with. Kelly says once again, Vicki let her paranoia get the best of her.

“Nobody wants to arrive at a party and find out another partygoer is wearing the same dress as you. Can you imagine my surprise to see that Shannon and Tamra chose to wear almost the exact same dress as me? We looked like human disco balls! Tamra was proud of her $50 dress, but my dress was actually 10 years old. See, fashion does come full circle!

Michael and I had a great time at Peggy and Diko’s anniversary party. It was a wonderful celebration of their marriage, their family, and their Armenian culture.

Peggy has a beautiful family. I am glad Koko was featured in this week’s episode — he is so frickin’ cute. Dressed in that suit, he looked like a little mobster. How apropos that he was shaking his mom down for money! It’s a good thing Koko was there or Vicki would have no one to talk to. All of us, except apparently Lydia, enjoyed the belly dancer’s performance, but Koko seemed to enjoy it the most.

Considering the friction in Tamra and Vicki’s relationship, any time they are in the same room together, it’s awkward. Now that I am friendly with all the ladies, it was inevitable that choosing which table to sit at for dinner was going to be a challenge. Fortunately, I was in the bathroom when everyone started to sit, so Michael grabbed the first available seats, which happened to be with Shannon, Tamra and Meghan. Vicki saying there was a power struggle on where I should sit was just paranoia on her part.

The party definitely brought out a side of Peggy I had not yet seen. As Tamra said, Peggy was in her element. Peggy was the life of the party. Finally, she was relaxed, fun, and having a great time. Trust me, if Michael gave me an expensive watch and a 22 carat diamond necklace, I’d be happy too. But sadly, no nookie, no goodie!

I am pretty sure Lydia has never been to a strip club. Confusing a belly dancer in a family restaurant with a stripper shows how insulated Lydia’s life is. Let’s see: Lydia is uncomfortable with drag queens, cross-dressing, discussing her boob job in front of men, and belly dancing, but totally comfortable telling everyone about Doug’s beautiful balls. Huh??”

Dodd also says that Diko broke the rule of getting involved in his wife’s drama.

“Smoking a hookah with the girls was fun, but it would have been so much better with a little weed. Just kidding. How did Shannon drive though south-central LA to go to USC and not know about 420? It was a prerequisite at ASU.

Speaking of prerequisites, Diko apparently never received the syllabus on what to do (and what not do) when your wife becomes a Real Housewife. Rule #1: Husbands should not confront a Housewife who is not your ‘Wife. It’s never going to go well for you. However, having said that, it seems Diko wants to be the eighth housewife, so maybe the rules don’t apply to him.

Breaking rule #1, Diko chose to take Shannon aside and discuss what he perceived as David’s interrogation of him on the boat (regarding Peggy’s cancer). Diko blindsided Shannon with the topic, but I thought Shannon handled the situation well. Shannon exuded class as she spoke to Peggy about what Diko had said then walked away keeping her composure.

Finally, in the car for the ride home, Shannon updated Tamra on her conversation with Diko and Peggy and got upset. Shannon said, “If you have a problem with my husband then talk to him,” which (per the flashback) is almost verbatim what Vicki had told Shannon about Brooks. I love the irony.”
