Lisa Rinna & Andy Cohen Agree That RHOBH Needs “New Blood” Plus Lisa Explains Why She Stayed Out of the Drama This Season! – The Real Housewives
Lisa Rinna recently appeared on Andy Cohen’s Sirius XM show, Radio Andy, and not surprisingly they gossiped about the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
While I don’t have a subscription to Sirius Lisa and Andy convo quickly began making the rounds on Twitter and it’s quite juicy.
According to some, Lisa and Andy both agreed that RHOBH needs “new blood” with Rinna adding “not old blood – new blood.”
Lisa also said that she carried RHOBH for the last three seasons so this season she chose to pull back to let “the two that got paid the most” step up and stir the pot. In the end, all that happened was a fight about three friends and their friendship circle.
Clearly, Lisa is referring to LVP and Kyle Richards. I love both LVP and Kyle but the last two to three seasons they’ve coasted on others bringing the drama.
However, there is some confusion over what Lisa really said. Some say she said she wanted the “old blood” out of the show while others worded it similar to what I said above.
Lisa did confirm one thing she said on Radio Andy, telling her Twitter fans, “One thing I said on
@RadioAndySXM was in response to will the old Rinna be back? “Give me some Meat and I’ll chew it.”
I agree that RHOBH needs some new blood but I don’t know how that would work exactly. Rinna isn’t going anywhere and Kyle and LVP are staples but then again you never know. I don’t see Erika or Dorit getting canned either. Perhaps they need to just add more girls into the mix and make the cast bigger. RHOBH used to be one of my favorite franchises but it’s been a little dull lately.
