Kenya Moore is pregnant, so she celebrated her first Mother’s Day this year with her husband, Marc Daly. The Real Housewives of Atlanta star had been wanting to get pregnant for awhile, and her journey to motherhood was talked about on RHOA quite a bit this past season. In June, Kenya will celebrate her one year anniversary with her husband. She is super excited preparing for the baby, and is of course celebrating. Kenya shared on social media, “Happy Mother’s Day From the Daly Family.”

She captioned it with a heartfelt message, “This is truly a special day for me and my family. I feel so blessed to be at this point in my life. Some may say late but God will say right on time. I never understood the force of Mothers. Although the man is the head of the household, it is the woman that is the nucleus of the family and glue that keeps it together. I’m in awe of Motherhood, creating lives…viable human beings… I will never take this role for granted. Thank You Jehovah! Happy Mother’s Day!” Kenya first announced her pregnancy at the RHOA reunion.

Kenya celebrated the special occasion by seeing Anita Baker live. Kenya shared some videos on Instagram of the concert. She wrote, “What an amazing night!!! Hubby took me to see #AnitaBaker who is my all time favorite from #Detroit. I remember selling her a sweater when I was a teenager working in a department store. She’s still beautiful and her voice is as sweet as ever. What an amazing concert. First time seeing her live.”

Congrats to Kenya on her first Mother’s Day! Wishing her a smooth pregnancy and delivery. Kenya literally is glowing in all of her pictures lately. I’m excited for next season RHOA. This season we saw Kenya’s pregnancy play a role, and next season we definitely will more! Stay tuned!
