All Five Living Ex-Presidents Just Made A Vital Adjustment To Their Hurricane Relief Efforts
In the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey’s devastating effects on Texas, all five living former American presidents banded together to announce OneAmericaAppeal.org, a fundraising effort to raise money for a hurricane relief fund, in a video that immediately went viral. Now, as Hurricane Irma bears down on Florida, the most exclusive club in America has expanded their disaster relief efforts to include victims of the Category 4 storm currently slamming the Sunshine State.
Per a statement from Jim McGrath, former President George H.W. Bush’s spokesman, the “One America Appeal” campaign will now include the Florida Disaster Fund.

Trump’s lack of presence in the campaign did not go unnoticed. The five former Presidents, Obama, George W. Bush and George H.W. Bush, Clinton, and Carter, have all been critical of the current administration at some point. While Trump uses his White House to implement the most racist, xenophobic, inhumane agenda in modern history, the “One America Appeal” campaign is reminiscent of a time when the federal government was decidedly more compassionate and dignified.
Trump has used his position to divide this country. Our former leaders are using theirs to bring it back together.
